They can dehydrate you and cause constipation. Water, fruit juices, herbal teas and green teas are a great and tasty way to get the fluids you need to keep you moving. Yes, you will have to go to the bathroom more often, but that’s sort of the point.
Regular Exercise
The last part of the home remedy for colon cleansing is to exercise regularly. This can be walking the dog a half hour a day, swimming, yoga routines or whatever you prefer. Walking to the store and back instead of driving (if it’s less than a mile away) is also a healthy option. With the water and the fiber, you should feel more energetic.
